Ed Aloise is the owner of Republic Restaurant Consulting. With over 40 years of multi unit management experience in the restaurant industry, Ed has owned and operated 4 highly successful restaurant concepts.
Ed and his wife Claudia opened the first certified farm-to-table restaurant establishment in the State of New Hampshire in 2010—Republic Cafe in Manchester. In 2012, they were James Beard National Semi Finalist for Best Restaurateurs. They also boasted many local awards as well, including Best Restaurant, Best of the Best Chef, Best Cocktail, and Best Vegetarian Food from Hippo Press. In 2014, they opened sister restaurant Campo Enoteca. Now, Ed is focusing on helping other restaurateurs be just as successful.
